Julie and her team offer Personal Training, Semi Private or Small Group sessions, either within Goodlife West Lakes Gym, or on location. She works with clients to define goals and create specific programs to meet individual needs.

Group Fitness

Live Once Fitness runs many varied Group Fitness Sessions, including Boxing, Circuit Training and 30 minute MetaFit, MetaPower and HIIT sessions.

Sports Club Fitness

Live Once Fitness offers sport specific Fitness Training for Sporting Clubs and Schools, such as one of Netball SA's Premier League Clubs, the Matrics Netball Club.

Counselling Services

Julie works together with clients to find practical, meaningful ways to make long lasting positive changes, bringing about well-being, both physically and psychologically, in a non-judgmental space, in which the individual is safe to explore and address their concerns.

Menopause Health Solutions

Exercise and healthy eating can help women reduce Menopause symptoms, and increase overall physical and emotional health. However, it can be difficult to know how to manage this on your own. Julie uses her specialised training in the MenoFitness program and her own personal experience, to help you navigate through the confusion, find answers and target the right lifestyle solutions for you.
